All typing statistics and progress records are maintained solely to empower your individual learning and examination performance tracking.

When you interact with ShubhTyping Academy, we collect only information necessary to deliver our services:
- Account Information: Your username, email address, and encrypted authentication tokens.
- Typing Performance Metrics: Words per minute (Gross & Net WPM), accuracy percentages, keystroke counts, error frequency, and test completion timestamps.
- Inquiries & Support Messages: Your name, email, and inquiry messages submitted through our contact form.
- Order Records: Order identification numbers, purchased item details (ebooks/test series), and transaction status.
2How We Use Your Information
Collected data is utilized strictly for the following educational and operational purposes:
- Rendering live typing gauges, speed analytics, and personal best records.
- Maintaining your personalized test history and digital library access.
- Delivering authenticated access to unlocked test series and purchased ebooks.
- Responding to support queries and technical assistance inquiries.
- Detecting fraudulent or bot-driven attempts to tamper with test analytics.
3Payment Processing Security (Razorpay)
All financial transactions on ShubhTyping Academy are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.
ShubhTyping Academy never collects, processes, or stores your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on its servers.
Payment data is transmitted directly to Razorpay via 256-bit TLS encrypted tunnels. We receive only confirmation of successful payment and order tokens.
4Data Protection & Row Level Security
User records are securely stored on Supabase infrastructure protected by industry-standard Row Level Security (RLS). This guarantees that only you can view your personal test history and account profile. Authentication passwords are safeguarded using one-way bcrypt hashing.
5Cookies & Local Browser Storage
We use minimal browser cookies and local storage exclusively to remember your selected theme (Light/Dark mode) and preserve your active login session across page transitions. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site advertising trackers.
6Your Data Rights & Contact Information
