ShubhTyping Academy (accessible at this website) is an independent educational typing software platform created to assist candidates in practicing keyboard typing skills. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the Government of India, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), the Border Security Force (BSF), the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Delhi Police, or any state or central recruitment examination board. All exam names and trademarks are used strictly for educational identification and practice simulation.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using ShubhTyping Academy ("the Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2Intellectual Property & Copyright Ownership
All materials available on ShubhTyping Academy—including software source code, typing engine logic, keystroke calculation algorithms, user interfaces, branding, visual designs, audio-visual elements, database structures, and editorial text—are the exclusive intellectual property of ShubhTyping Academy and are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and international copyright conventions.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or publicly display any portion of our software or proprietary typing tests without prior written consent.
3Educational Typing Exercises & Fair Use
Typing exercises may include general public-domain dictionary words, educational excerpts, and historical facts about administrative documentation. Quotes featured within random word generators are attributed to their original authors and are utilized solely under educational fair-use principles for cognitive and typing speed assessments.
4User-Provided Custom Text Submissions
When utilizing the custom paragraph feature, you retain full ownership of the text you provide. However, you warrant that you possess the necessary legal rights or authorization to input such content and that your submissions do not infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. You agree not to upload defamatory, unlawful, or malicious content.
5Ebooks & Digital Goods Policy
Purchased digital ebooks and test series materials are provided under a strict single-user, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Digital books delivered via our browser reader are watermarked with your account credentials to prevent unauthorized redistribution. Attempting to circumvent digital rights management (DRM), download protected streams, or upload materials to file-sharing networks will result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.
6Anti-Cheat & Fair Competition Integrity
ShubhTyping Academy implements mathematical validation and anti-cheat algorithms to preserve leaderboard integrity. The use of automated scripts, macro programs, browser extensions, artificial input generators, or mathematical manipulations to forge WPM or accuracy metrics is strictly forbidden and subject to instant disqualification.
7Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we endeavor to simulate official examination conditions with the highest fidelity, ShubhTyping Academy does not guarantee that practice scores will reflect actual candidate results in official government recruitment exams. Under no circumstances shall ShubhTyping Academy be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.
